The Temple News first printed as The Temple University News on Monday, Sept. 19, 1921. That’s more than 86 years now. As Temple is in the midst of the largest capital drive in its history, strongly based in reconnecting with alumni in a way this school never has before, it seems about time that TTN do the same.

This newspaper has a wealth of successful and noteworthy alum, from Washington Post writer and Pulitzer Prize winner zack-stalberg-2005-with-committee-of-seventy.jpgJoby Warrick, Class of 1982 and former TTN sports writer, to Committee of Seventy chief and one-time Philadelphia Daily News editor Zach Stalberg, Class of 1968 and former TTN cartoonist (see photo at right) and so many more.

But, we, the current staff of TTN, haven’t found all of you! What is more, we want to develop a reciprocal relationship, to unite former Temple News-ers with current staff. So join us. If you had any association with The Temple News, in any form, tell us. We want to know what you did, when you did it, and what you do now. What is more, let us know what you want know about us, how we operate today, what has changed, and what is in the future. Keep coming back to Room 243!
